To earn a free Microsoft exam you must register for the Microsoft Cloud Skills Challenge 2022 and complete any one of seven (1 of 7) challenges that are available.

How do I redeem my free Microsoft exam?
If you have completed one of the above challengers within the time frame you will be notified by email once the free Microsoft exam can be redeemed.
The exam will be associated with your learn profile by November 18th.
